Alongside our park and leisure homes, we also build to meet the specifications of Building Regulations, catering to both permanent residential and commercial use.

Our Modular builds are all carefully pre-fabricated in our Northamptonshire Factory and transported directly to you by our team, allowing for faster construction times, reduced material waste, and flexibility based around your needs.

Modular houses are typically designed on a case-by-case basis. Our commercial builds follow a similar approach and are designed and priced based on individual enquiries.
