A park home is a permanent, single-storey, factory-built home, designed for full-time residential and long-term living and manufactured to BS 3632:2023 standards.
Unlike a static caravan, park homes are built to a significantly higher residential standard, with enhanced insulation, energy efficiency, ventilation and overall build quality.
The key difference from a traditionally constructed home is how it is built. Foundry homes are manufactured in controlled conditions within our Northamptonshire factory before being delivered and professionally sited at their final location. This streamlined approach can reduce both construction time and on-site costs, while maintaining greater consistency and precision throughout the build.

We’re a small, family-owned manufacturer that believes in quality over volume and a genuinely personal customer experience.
Unlike many manufacturers that still rely on traditional timber-frame construction, our homes are built using high-performance SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels). These pre-manufactured panels have significantly improved U-values and boast up to 50% greater energy efficiency - meaning you have significant savings on costs for energy bills, maintenance and moisture-related risks compared to timber over the long term.
Alongside our commitment to customer care and superior manufacturing process, we also offer extensive bespoke design options and work closely with established, trusted parks across the UK, supporting you throughout your journey rather than simply supplying a building.

The choice is completely yours.
Our Elements Collection provides a selection of carefully designed models that can be customised to suit you, or you can work with our design team to create a completely bespoke home within your budget.
From size and layout to kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, furnishings and exterior details, we can tailor your design around the way you want to live.

Depending on the design and specification, your Foundry home can be manufactured in as little as 6 weeks. Bespoke designs, site requirements and our current production programme may affect the overall timescale, but we’ll provide a clear schedule from the outset.
Once complete, your home is transported to site using specialist vehicles and carefully positioned onto its prepared base. We coordinate with you, the park and relevant contractors to make delivery and siting as smooth as possible.

A properly maintained Foundry home is designed to be a long-term home and can last indefinitely, just like other forms of permanent construction. Its lifespan ultimately depends on ongoing care and maintenance.
For additional peace of mind, every Foundry home includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty alongside a premium 10-year warranty, with full terms provided as part of your purchase.

Yes. We work with a network of trusted and established residential and holiday parks across the UK, many of which have Foundry homes already for sale or available plots that can be secured for your new home. Explore here.
Choosing an available plot gives you the opportunity to select your location first, then work with us to choose a model from our collection or create a bespoke Foundry home designed around you.
If you already have a particular park in mind, we’re also happy to contact them on your behalf and discuss whether they can accommodate a Foundry home.

Yes, we have had the pleasure of working with many individuals to design, build and deliver their park home and modular projects on their own land. We work alongside you to design and manufacture a bespoke home tailored to your site, lifestyle and requirements.
Depending on how the building will be used, your project can be designed to meet the relevant Building Regulations Standards, and we can also support you with planning, groundworks, access, services and delivery.
